It does! Whenever I go to move my hair from my eyes or behind my shoulders it's like "where the fuck did it go?!" lol I did it 'cause I was so tired of my long hair. It was a pain in my ass. Also, my OLD friend said you look the same, and I hadn't seen him in 4 years. What the hell? So yeah. lol
