So the other day I turned 18, which meant that I rented porn and bought a Wonka bar. I felt so sketchy walking into the backroom. And then I got in there and panicked and forgot to look for Edward Penishands(!!). So anyway I rented this terrible porno parody of the Addam's family and Nikii and watched it yesterday and aggggh. The dialogue was so hilarious and terrible.
I am pretty sure I have pink eye, so that's gross.
Now I have a bazillion open houses to go to. FREE FOOD A'HOY!!
Oh my goooosh. Despite being done with school and having a lot of days off, life has been really busy. Okay mostly with socializing, but still. I'm all burnt out now, but hopefully I will stay home and clean tomorrow! Which, I am weirdly excited for. I registered for my college classes today, and I got new cds yesterday, for the first time in ever. Tiger and the soundtrack to American Hardcore. Speaking of hardcore, Kent is moving downstate on the eighth which sucks a dick, pretty much. Who is going to come with me to get a free cigar on my birthday, or buy a fancy pipe? Who will harass my sister? Who will I make stupid puns with? Who will fanboy/girl over Mitch Clem with me? And so on and so forth.

The senior issue of our school paper came out today, and it seriously made me tear up. This sounds sort of lame, but I really am going to miss everyone. Not so much my close friends, because, duh, I'll still see them, but the people that I don't know so well. Like, the people that you've seen around or had in a few classes, but never really bonded with, but maybe you planned to? I will miss those people, and those chances.
And, I guess. Reading the articles that the seniors in the paper wrote about how much being in newspaper taught them, and made them who they are today, it makes me wish that I'd been more involved in school activities. Not sports, but I should have done more theater, or joined yearbook or paper. So that's my regret for high school. Oh jeez.
Speaking of theater, that class was a cryfest today, which was somewhat draining. I'll miss it.
So anyway, my goal for college is to be more involved. Even if I have to join something by myself (scary!).
Ugh all that angst about this being senior year has never affected me much. Now it has all caught up with me and I need to go cry it out or something.

You click on the cut/link only to find that oh, you have to join/watch/befriend/what the fuck ever the person's journal or comm before you can see them. Ooh, but maybe if you're lucky the post will be public for a few days! Golly!
Excuse, me, but what? I can't imagine that icon theft is such a huuuuge problem that people need to have all their entries friends only. And even if it is? Big deal. You can message the person who's taking your credit and that should be that. It's not like anyone is losing money or something. What I get from it is, 'Ooooh, I should make people friend me to see my shit, because it is so extra super good and special, and I want that huge number of watchers on my profile11!!!1' You know, because, other people really pay attention to that. What other reason is there? I don't fucking care how many watchers/members you have. It doesn't make me think any more or less of you. HELLO NEW PEOPLE.
Everyone else seems to be doing these welcome posts, so I am jumping all over that band wagon. I have never done an intro post, because I have never really had the need to.
Basically, I go to high school and then work on the weekends. I work at a breakfast restaurant and it is a pretty fun time, as far as jobs go, I think. I get to eat lots of delicious breakfast-y foods for cheap! I am pretty lazy, but I am trying to change that BECAUSE IT'S STARTING TO DRIVE ME INSANE. I live in Michigan (US)! It is very cold and miserable for far too many months, but the summers here are realllly super nice. Tourists come to my town and eat cherries and look at our beautiful lakes and such.
